Open to Non Pro riders age 50 and above.
Riders do not have to own the horse they
are showing.
Regarding NRCHA and AFRCHA eligibility:
5K- Riders cannot have shown down the fence in three (3) actual runs in
any judged classes or events with the exception of horse sales.
Being entered in a class which includes fence work
will be counted as going down the fence regardless if the rider boxed the cow
and pulled up before the run was completed. (page 19, NRCHA rulebook)
NP Ltd- Riders may fall back into this class from fence
classes. However,
they may not go down the fence again in any judged
classes or events with the exception of horse sales and remain in the Non Pro
Limited class.

NRCHA rules apply regarding bits and equipment.
Horses five (5) years old and younger may be shown in
a snaffle bit or hackamore.
Points will be awarded according to the AFRCHA point
system.
Year end awards will be provided.
AFRCHA reserves the right to assess any horse or rider
for eligibility.
This is a pilot class for which the
AFRCHA Board reserves the right to make changes at any time during the 2010
show season.
