STOCKHORSE RULES

This class is for Open and Non Pro Riders

Boxing only and Fence classes provide Open and Non Pro riders the opportunity to school the horse, under a judge, in a non threatening environment.

For Non Pros who are eligible for the $5K NP Limited and

N P Limited, who, need to school their horse, the Stockhorse Boxing class will provide that opportunity.

The Stockhorse Boxing class will also provide a place for the truly green horse that is limited in the education of working a cow. This class will give trainers an opportunity to introduce a young or inexperienced horse to the sport under show conditions, with the added benefit of the judge’s opinion.

There will be no ribbons and/or awards for these classes.

These are judged schooling classes.

MAY BE SHOWN TWO-HANDED. YOU MUST SHOW IN A NRCHA OR NRHA APPROVED BIT. DRY WORK IS ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFIED NRCHA PATTERN FOR THE SHOW.
